Erykah speaks prior to the music & let's attendees know that we will be visually stimulated. Along with great music an original Francis Ford Coppolla movie will serve as the backdrop to her wonderful album "New AmErykah" for the evening.

December 2010 we will see another eclipse of the moon, which is the meaning behind the start time of 8:45pm for the event.Erykah explains to the audience...
In a beautiful thought, she evokes that we must teach the children...You're...First: A Spiritual being...Second: A Human being...Third: A Boy or a Girl...

Erykah Badu is an incredible entity...A listening party housed in the Allan Gray Museum in the with beautiful array of art surrounding the space. Your eyes were drawn to the form on the walls & your ears were embraced by a melodic flow that was Miss Erykah Badu...






The audience is standing room only packed from the front to back. Attendees filled the space with the main room vying for a perspective to view & hear the artist showcase her work.


Erykah speaks from the heart & answers every question asked of her. Her latest project on the first half of the album being released to the world. The upcoming release of her new magazine "FREQ" short for frequency. The magazine will be put out by the same people that publish Waxpoetics. Ms. Badu will present her views on fashion, music, health issues, sex issues & a column by Mumia. The publication will be a quarterly release, with an first release focused on the new album with the release numbers 00.
